Arthur is a two year old , tri color Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. He can be a little shy at first, but warms to  people quickly. Arthur has been neutered, ,microchipped checks negative for heart worm and heart defects,and is UTD on vaccines.  Approved adoption application does apply and can be obtained  at "adoptions" on this site.
