Elsa is an 11 week old female Papillon.  She is a cutie and loves to play with her brother and her foster mom's dogs.  She does well with a bath and getting her nails trimmed.  Elsa will be spayed, micro chipped, wormed, UTD on vaccines, and vet exam.  Approved application does apply with special adoption donation.  We are not a shelter, but a group of foster homes.
