Wilbur was pulled out of a shelter that came in as a stray and was never claimed. He was so matted that they shaved him down. He loves to be around other dogs and doesn't seem to mind cats either.  He is now neutered,mico chipped,dental and current on all vaccines and wormings. His adoption fee is $200. to cover pull fee's and his vetting.
