Winky is a 9 week old Bichon frise/Poodle mix. She came from a puppy mill. Winky only has one eye. The other eye didn't develop. She will be spayed, wormed, micro chipped, given rabies, given rabies, distemper, and kennel cough vaccines, and vet exam. Approved application does apply.
