5 yr old male Cavalier. Is neutered, wormed, microchipped, heartworm negative, UTD on rabies, kennel cough, and distemper vaccines, teeth cleaned/polished, and exam. He is a little shy at first but warms up quickly. Handsome boy. Approved application does apply.
