Romeo is a 15 week old blenheim Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. He gets along with other dogs and loves to be cuddled. He is shy with some people and loves others. He just hasn't had a lot of love yet. His foster parents are trying to change that. Romeo is neutered, wormed, microchipped, UTD on rabies, distemper, and kennel cough vaccines.
