Peggy is a 3 yr old, 14 lb Yorkie. She was in a puppy mill with a leg injury and forced to have puppies with no vet care for the injury. Our vet tried to save the leg by doing surgery to try to loosen the knee joint that was fixed. She is starting to put the foot down and using it. Before it would just dangle. She will be having an orthopedic surgeon looking at it. Peggy is spayed, microchipped, heartworm negative, UTD on rabies, distemper, and kennel cough vaccines, teeth cleaned, and vet exam. Serious inquiries only. Approved application does apply. UPDATE: Peggy was not using her leg and they have decided it is best to amputate it. She is do very well with three legs. She runs around the yard like crazy and plays with the other dogs. This little girl has an awesome personality and loves everyone she meets.
